Think about it, "let it go" can mean a lot of things. In Elsa's case it meant freezing her whole kingdom (which is not such a great idea). But what I am actually talking about is letting grudges go. First, let's determine what a grudge really is. A grudge is a "persistent feeling of ill will or resentment resulting from a past insult or injury." A few parts that really stood out to me in this definition were persistent and past. Grudges are constantly a nagging reminder of some bad memory. That you won't be relieved of until you decide not to let it control you. Past; I'm sure we've all heard this before but keep your eyes on the present, live life in the moment and hold no regrets. It hurts more to hold grudges than to forgive. The anger we hold inside doesn't damage anyone but ourselves. Don't be a prisoner to yourself. I myself am working on letting grudges go because I think it's important. To be honest I'm probably far from the best blogger and not that good at giving advice but forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace. Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Sometimes it can be hard to let go and forgive especially if that person hasn't apologized but you'll be happier if you let the grudge go. So...let it go.
Are you looking for a blog that will help uplift your spirit and give you a reminder that yes, you can. Well then, you've found the right place to be.
