Think about it, "let it go" can mean a lot of things. In Elsa's case it meant freezing her whole kingdom (which is not such a great idea). But what I am actually talking about is letting grudges go. First, let's determine what a grudge really is. A grudge is a "persistent feeling of ill will or resentment resulting from a past insult or injury." A few parts that really stood out to me in this definition were persistent and past. Grudges are constantly a nagging reminder of some bad memory. That you won't be relieved of until you decide not to let it control you. Past; I'm sure we've all heard this before but keep your eyes on the present, live life in the moment and hold no regrets. It hurts more to hold grudges than to forgive. The anger we hold inside doesn't damage anyone but ourselves. Don't be a prisoner to yourself. I myself am working on letting grudges go because I think it's important. To be honest I'm probably far from the best blogger and not that good at giving advice but forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace. Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Sometimes it can be hard to let go and forgive especially if that person hasn't apologized but you'll be happier if you let the grudge go. So...let it go.

"Leading to Better Things"

Let us all go on a journey; let us call this journey life. There are many different roads that we can take. But, no matter what we will always have to go through some ups and downs. Along with different forks in the road where we will have to make decisions that will affect us later on, not because we want to but perhaps because we just want to keep going. Sometimes the journey seems really easy, sometimes not so much. But we are all on this journey together; the journey of life. Perhaps there will be times when the journey is dark and dreary. When it seems hard to remember, that tomorrow is another day and perhaps that will be the day that the difficulty road will lead us to a beautiful destination and we will be able to say at last, "the journey was worth it".

"They're Behind You For A Reason"
You line up and you're ready for the race to start. Ahead of you is 4 miles waiting to be run. Suddenly, you hear the horn sound and you're off. First, you work on you pace then your breathing. But out of nowhere someone trips you and you face plant onto the dirt road. As you quickly get up and try to dust yourself off the best you can as you continue running; you hear a couple of people laughing behind you. What do you do at that moment? This exact thing happened to me. The first thing that came to my mind was this quote exactly "Don't worry about those who talk behind your back they're behind you for a reason" and so with a smile I kept on going and those were the same people I was encouraging miles later to keep on going. This very quote has been what has kept me going for years despite what others say about me.
